雲行者 Nefelibata 發行的第五張專輯《這一顆星球》This Planet 共有12首單曲，主推歌曲為《這一顆星球》、《史詩》、《城寨》、《境界》和《元素》。
《這一顆星球》專輯的原創概念從我們生存的這顆星球：地球作為出發點，反思我們與大自然和宇宙之間的關係。地球是宇宙間的奇跡，然而，人類對於地球的破壞愈趨嚴重，我們何時才懂得珍惜及尊重這片土地？！
首支單曲《這一顆星球》提到，我們都是同一顆星球的子民，雖然膚色不同，但我們都有相同的心跳，都在同一片藍天下呼吸。我們應該放下自我、立場的執著，共同創造和平美好的明天。
《城寨》這首歌帶領我們在繁忙的都市裡，尋找那失落的記憶。「九龍城寨」已成為香港的歷史，過去在曲折的巷弄中繁華雖已落盡，但它永遠是塵世的奇蹟，這如夢似幻的城中城，渲染著永不褪色的情懷。
《Nefelibata 雲行者》Youtube頻道內容皆由藝術家D.G. Lampaulus的藝術與文學所提煉而出，從有聲書到音樂歌曲皆是D.G. Lampaulus的原創作品。
Nefelibata's fifth album, "This Planet," includes 12 singles, with the leading tracks being "This Planet," "Epic," "The Walled City," "Realm," and "Element."
The original concept of the album "This Planet" takes our home, Earth, as its starting point, reflecting on our relationship with nature and the universe. Earth is a miracle in the universe; however, the destruction caused by humanity is becoming increasingly severe. When will we learn to cherish and respect this land?
The first single, "This Planet," mentions that we are all inhabitants of the same planet. Despite our different skin colors, we all share the same heartbeat and breathe under the same blue sky. We should let go of our egos and stubborn positions, and work together to create a peaceful and beautiful future.
The song "The Walled City" guides us through the bustling city, searching for those lost memories. "Kowloon Walled City" has become a part of Hong Kong's history. Though the past prosperity within its winding alleys has faded, it remains an earthly miracle. This dreamlike city within a city evokes an everlasting sentiment that never fades.
