《中場休息》是 Nefelibata 雲行者第六張發行的原唱專輯，共有11首歌曲。主推單曲為《中場休息》、《臨界旅程》、《告別的慶禮》和《鯨落》。
專輯《中場休息》設想人生到了中年會是怎樣的景況。不但回顧上半場的成長過程，更要規劃接下來面對的人生下半場，以正面的態度迎接生命舞台的退場。
單曲《中場休息》就提醒我們，在人生的中場休息片刻，靜下心來回顧那些充滿歡笑與淚水的珍貴寶藏。每一段的路程都為自己寫下歷史，在每一次的跌倒中勇敢站起來，「中場休息」之後才有繼續前行的動力。
而《鯨落》則是將人比喻為鯨魚，「鯨落」就像是生命的輓歌，雖然面對的是死亡，但在大海中延續無限的生機，餵養其他的魚群。於是，巨鯨的落幕成為永恆，牠的故事也值得我們傳頌。死亡不是終點，而是生命永恆的詩篇。

"Whale Fall," on the other hand, likens people to whales. "Whale fall" is like an elegy of life. Despite facing death, it continues to sustain endless vitality in the ocean, feeding other fish. Thus, the fall of the giant whale becomes eternal, and its story is worth passing down. Death is not the end but the eternal poem of life.
